This corporation is legally responsible for the operation of the above centers and for meeting the Rules Governing the Licensing of Day Care Centers for children in the State of Wisconsin.

La Crosse Day Care Centers, Inc. will insure that there is no discrimination in it's policies or services on the basis of age, race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, disability, political persuasion, national origin or ancestry.

The intent of the "Parent Guide" is to familiarize parents with La Crosse Day Care Center policies and procedures. It is the parent's responsibility to read this guide. All parents will sign a contract agreeing that they have read, understood, and entered into the contract freely, voluntarily and knowingly.
